PROTEA has implemented and certificated the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000 which has helped the company prove its reputation as a valuable and reliable partner in business. We are especially proud of a successful certification process completed within only 10 months without any external consultants’ input!

In that time we prepared a map of the Company’s internal processes and described them in the following formal documents: the Quality Manual, the Procedures and Instructions to identify all the activities potentially affecting both the quality assurance process and in the consequence of it to our Customers’ satisfaction.

We can make our quality system documentation available to the third parties on request.
